This equipment adopts pulse-type bag dust-removal technology. The smoke-laden gas generated in the steelmaking plant is introduced into the interior of the dust collector through the dust-suction system. After passing through the filter (filter bag), most of the dust is intercepted on the surface of the bag, and the clean gas is discharged from the exhaust port. When a certain amount of dust accumulates on the bag, the control system will send a signal to start the dust-cleaning system. The blowing device in the dust-cleaning system will perform pulse blowing on the bag, causing the dust to fall off into the ash hopper. After the dust-cleaning treatment, the bag is restored to a clean state and resumes the filtering work.
High-efficiency filter materials are used, featuring high filtration efficiency, which can effectively capture and separate dust.
The pulse - blowing dust - cleaning technology ensures the long-term stable operation of the dust collector, preventing blockages and pressure loss.

It can be applied to the iron-tapping operations in steel plants, including the areas of the iron-tapping hole, the molten iron ladle, and the slag separator. It is also applicable to the ore-handling processes such as ore unloading, ore transfer, ore screening, and ore crushing, effectively controlling flue gas and dust.
