The purification system for the 66,000 KVA closed silicon manganese furnace is designed to ensure safe, efficient, and stable treatment of high-temperature raw coal gas. The process begins with raw gas entering a water-cooled pipeline, where its temperature is rapidly reduced to meet downstream equipment requirements.
Following cooling, the gas sequentially flows through the primary, secondary, and tertiary inertial settling tanks, where larger dust particles and impurities are removed through graded inertial separation. This multi-stage settling structure significantly improves solid-gas separation efficiency and reduces the load on subsequent filtration units.
The partially purified gas then enters the combined bag filter tank, which performs high-precision dust removal. Through advanced filtration media and stable pressure-control systems, fine particulates are effectively captured, ensuring that the final outlet gas meets environmental and industrial cleanliness standards.
After the full purification process, the resulting clean coal gas can be safely recovered for reuse as a valuable energy source or, when necessary, discharged under controlled conditions.
To ensure operational safety in demanding industrial environments, all system equipment is designed to meet strict explosion-proof requirements and is certified to Exd II C T6, providing high-level protection against ignition risks.
