Safety comes first when resuming work and production. To implement the "Six Ones" and "Nine In-Place" work requirements for safe production, enhance all employees' safety awareness, strengthen the main responsibility for safe production, and promote the company's scientific and efficient implementation of safe production work after the holiday, the company conducted safety education and training for resumption of work and production on February 11, 2025. The company's production manager, the head of the safety and environmental protection department, and all employees in the production workshop participated in the training.

The training focused on the theme of "Strictly Adhering to Safety Bottom Lines and Safeguarding the Resumption of Work and Production." Instructors drew on recent national safety production trends and typical cases to provide an in-depth and accessible explanation of safety management knowledge, including safety risks associated with post-holiday resumption of work and production, the employee safety production responsibility system, recommended accident prevention measures, and the fulfillment of safety responsibilities. The training focused on policies and regulations such as the "Thirty Strict Measures to Prevent Mechanical Injuries, Falls from Height, and Strike Accidents in the Industrial and Commercial Sector" and the "Hanshan County Industrial and Commercial Enterprise Safety Work Reminder for the Resumption of Work and Production," and provided guidance on safety production requirements for the company's resumption of work and production.
The training emphasized that employees are prone to laxity and fatigue after the holidays. Returning employees must strictly adhere to the "Three Nos" principle to ensure they are focused and on the right track. All departments must strictly implement the "Six Ones" and "Nine In-Place" Safety Work Requirements for the Resumption of Work and Production in Industrial and Commercial Enterprises" and other documents. They must maintain a "zero-level mindset" for safety, resolutely preventing those who "return to work with problems" and ensuring that safety management measures are fully implemented, thus ensuring a good start for year-round safety production efforts.

Safety in production has only a starting point, not an end point. The company will continue to optimize its safety management structure, strengthen safety supervision and safety inspections, regularly organize safety training and emergency drills, and continuously improve its safety training system to build a solid safety production defense line and safeguard the company's high-quality development.
